Delphic Brewery
Newbury, Berkshire
Delphic Brewing Company is a small-batch independent brewery that has quickly become part of Berkshire's craft beer scene. Founded by brewer Tom Broadbank, the brewery began as a homebrew project in a Thatcham garage before turning professional in 2019 and steadily building a loyal local following. Today, Delphic operates from a larger site in Newbury, complete with an on-site taproom where visitors can enjoy beers fresh from the source. The brewery produces a wide range of styles, from traditional cask ales and best bitters to hop-forward pale ales, IPAs, stouts and seasonal specials, with a strong focus on variety and experimentation. The taproom is a key part of the experience, offering a regularly changing lineup of cask and keg beers alongside guest brews, street food pop-ups, and community events. Despite its growth, Delphic remains proudly small-scale, with an emphasis on quality, creativity, and local engagement.
